• To redeem the card, present to the cashier at time of purchase.  Hammer Hardware gift cards can be purchased at any Hammer Hardware store within New Zealand.

Do I have to spend the exact amount on my Hammer Hardware Gift card?

• No, any remaining amount will stay “live” on your card for the duration of the its life which is X years from the date of purchase.

Can I check the balance of my Hammer Hardward Gift card or top it up?

• You can request a balance check at the cashier in any Hammer Hardware store.
• At this time, topping up your Hammer Hardware gift card is not available.

Gift cards awarded as part of a promotion

• In the event that a Hammer Hardware gift card is awarded as part of a promotion, and the sale is later cancelled and goods are exchanged or refunded, Hammer Hardware retains the right to recover the full value of the Hammer Hardware gift card by return of the Hammer Hardware gift card or by way of deduction of the value of the Hammer Hardware gift card issued under the promotion from any refunded or credited amount.
