www.hammerhardware.co.nz is not a transactional site. As such orders cannot be placed directly on the site. You may select products you wish to order and send an enquiry to your local Hammer Hardware store for further processing. No payment information is required to be entered into the enquiry form.
How quickly should I expect a response to my enquiry?
Hammer Hardware aims to respond to your enquiry within 1 working day of receipt. You will often receive a response much quicker than that.
Can I request customised or made to order products from www.hammerhardware.co.nz?
Our stores have access to an extended range of products and solutions beyond the standard stocked products ranged onwww.hammerhardware.co.nz. If you are looking for something customised or made to order, use our enquiry form or contact your local store directly and we'll discuss how we can help you out.
Can I return my product?
It’s always easiest to return your product to the store you purchased it from.
We are happy to exchange or refund products within 14 days provided the product is returned with a valid invoice or delivery docket, and
- it is unopened and unused
- in original condition and packaging
- includes all accessories
- is not a customised item
We will refund to your original payment method where possible, or, if you prefer, we can issue a Hammer Hardware gift card for the sum equal to the cost of the product.
If a problem occurs with a product purchased from Hammer Hardware, please contact the Hammer Hardware store where the product was purchased. The store will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced, or provide a refund as specified by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Your local store may choose to price their products lower.
