Can I return my products – I’ve changed my mind about the products I’ve purchased at Hammer Hardware?

It’s always easiest to return your product to the store you purchased it from. 
We are happy to exchange or refund products within 14 days provided the product is returned with a valid invoice or delivery docket, and

it is unopened and unused

in original condition and packaging

includes all accessories

is not a customised item

 

We will refund to your original payment method where possible, or, if you prefer, we can issue a Hammer Hardware gift card for the sum equal to the cost of the product.

 

Can I return my products – the product I’ve purchased at Hammer Hardware is faulty?

If a problem occurs with a product purchased from Hammer Hardware, please contact the Hammer Hardware store where the product was purchased.  The store will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced, or provide a refund as specified by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
