Product Recall & Safety

We always want to bring you the best products and seek to work with suppliers who can provide these, but sometimes things do go wrong.  When this happens and a product is deemed unsafe for use, or when we have concerns about a product, we act quickly to minimise the risk of harm.

In many cases this means we will undertake a product recall.  In doing this we aim to keep the inconvenience and cost to our customers at a minimum.
